Natalie Nunn?
This was Leno chin Natalie Nunn from her soccer days at USC.Although a bit nerdy, I think she may have look better back in the day.
And remember the episode where she calls her brother, Ronald, and continues repeating "I run L.A." over and over again? Well, we found him, too. Apparently, he was also a Trojan athlete playing ball for USC. Here he is.
not bad, huh?
R8D GR8!!! Anderson Cooper Saved A Kid's Life!!!
The following exert was taken from Anderson Cooper's 360 Blog Entry
explaining what he witnessed when a young Haitian boy was literally being stoned to death right before his very eyes.
After Anderson dashes in to save the boy, this is what he writes:
We were covering another story when we heard shots being fired. We ran toward the sound and found a store being looted. Two Haitian police officers were occasionally firing into the air to try to keep order, but that only worked for a few moments, then the looting would begin again.
They were stealing boxes of candles. An American businessman named Tony who owns two stores nearby barricaded one street to keep looters away. He had armed the two Haitian police with automatic weapons, and they were assisting him, but they were not able to control anything beyond their barricade.
It quickly became a free-for-all. Young men began fighting one another for the stolen items. A number of young men had knives, and planks of wood, screwdrivers and rocks. They were using their improvised weapons to threaten and injure others who had stolen items from the store. The robbers were now being robbed. One group of looters whipped another man with a leather belt. They punched him as well, and they stole the sack of goods he'd just stolen.
I was in the midst of the melee with Charlie Moore, my producer, Neil Hallsworth my cameraman, Vlad Duthiers, my translator, and there was a still photographer from Getty Images with us, photojournalist Jonathan Torgovnik. As things got really out of control, I saw a looter on the roof of the store they'd broken into throw what I think was part of a concrete block into the crowd. It hit a small boy in the head.
I saw him collapse. More chunks of concrete were being thrown at the looters on the roof. The injured boy couldn't get up. He'd try and then collapse again. Blood was pouring from his head. He was conscious but had no control over his body. I was afraid someone on the roof would see him lying there and throw another cinder block piece onto him. I was afraid he'd get killed. No one seemed to be helping him.
I ran to where he was struggling, and picked him up off the ground. I brought him to a spot about a hundred feet away. I could feel his warm blood on my arms. I stood him up, but he was clearly unable to walk. He wiped his bloody face, and I tried to reassure him. He had no idea where he was, and he clearly couldn't walk, so I picked him up again and handed him over to someone behind that makeshift barricade. Tony, the American businessman, gave the boy a wet towel. He was then taken away by someone else. We don't know what happened to him.
I hope he's ok.
Golden Globes Dresses: The GR8 Ones, The H8D Ones
"Red Carpet? I thought you said we were going to Red Robin," exclaimed a rather toothy Julia Roberts as she stepped before the flashing cameras on this year's Golden Globes red carpet. With all those stacks she's got on deck, she couldn't spring for at least a used prom dress or something?
Jesus Christ. Get it together, Jen. Ms. Aniston arrives with that fresh out of bed look that all the hipsters in West Virginia are rockin'. Maybe she got laid before hand. I dunno... moving along.
The Original Fergie looked a hot mess with this velour costume. Why does it remind me of Gone With the Wind? And next to her you will see Sandra Bullock. Now, the other blogs have been dissing her look pretty badly. I don't think she looks that bad. The color is GR8 and that "messy but dressy" hairdo looks cute on her. I'll give ol' Sandy a couple of thumbs up.
R8D H8D - Another Earthquake - Guatemala
From our friends at mixxnews.com
Guatemala City: A magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit Guatemala’s Pacific coast near the border with El Salvador Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

Brown vs. Coakley - The Health of Our Nation: Why you should give a damn!
From rantrave.com
Even if you’re not partial to politics, you need to keep an eye on Massachusetts tomorrow. January 19, 2010 might be quite a day for the history books. Tomorrow, the voters in Massachusetts will elect Republican State Senator Scott Brown or Martha Coakley, Attorney General and Democrat, to the United States Senate seat left vacant by the death of Ted Kennedy.
The Senate seat is thought of as particularly valuable for a couple of reasons. First, a win for the Republican, Scott Brown, would be quite symbolic: Massachusetts is one of the “bluest” states in the nation. Since President Barack Obama has campaigned on behalf of Martha Coakley, it would indicate that his political capital is running out.
Second, if Scott Brown wins, the current health care reform legislation is dead. He’s promised to vote against any health care bill. If Brown is elected, the Democrats will lose the powerful 60-seat majority they’ve had since 2008, and realistically, no progress will be made on that front in the foreseeable future.
The current polls are all over the map. Real Clear Politics shows a 10-point swing either way, and the experts are calling the Scott Brown vs. Martha Coakley race a “tossup.”
There has been a lot of the usual mudslinging in the last few weeks: Scott Brown posed semi-nude for Cosmopolitan in 1978 (you can do your own Google image search); Martha Coakley called Red Sox star pitcher Curt Schilling a "Yankee fan” after he endorsed Scott Brown.
But there’s really no way of knowing how the Martha Coakley / Scott Brown race will shake out. The final result is going to impact our nation. It’s up to you, Massachusetts. Vote smart.
